Term Dates 2017:

ST ALBANS:

5th September to 12th December
(excluding 23rd November).

Tuesday:

6:15-7:30pm: Beginners level.
Fleetville Community Centre, St Albans

7:45-9.15pm: Intermediate level (By permission only).

Fleetville Community Centre, St Albans

Thursday:

7:15pm-8:30pm: Beginners level.  The Jubilee Centre, St Albans.

For classes held at the Fleetville community centre, Royal Road, St Albans, beginners classes are 90 for 10 classes, intermediate classes are 95 for 10 classes. This pre-booking can be started at any time and the 10 classes must be used within a 12 week period of term time. The drop-in rate is 11.00 for beginners and 12 for intermediate classes.

At the Jubilee centre, Catherine Street, St Albans. Beginners classes are 90 for 10 classes, this pre-booking can be started at any time and the 10 classes must be used within a 12 week period. The drop-in rate is 11.00.

Class Options


Yoga Equipment:

All necessary yoga equipment is provided, excluding mats, please bring your own mat. Yoga mats and mat bags are for sale at the class or with notice mats can be rented per class (cost 1.00). It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. If at all possible leave 3-4 hours after eating a main meal or 2 hours after a light snack. Wear clothes that do not restrict your movement. Most people wear shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Yoga is practised in bare feet. If it is your first class please attend 5-10 minutes before as any medical/remedial/injury issues need to be noted.
